UK Shipping

All items within the UK are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and should arrived within 3-4 working days. If you prefer any other courier or needed express shipping just pop us an email.

 

EU Shipping aka (Brexit Update)

We continue to ship to the EU as normal but some stuff has changed. 

    1. When you checkout and select a delivery country in the EU the 20% UK VAT is automatically deducted from your order total. 
    2. We will despatch your order as normal, and complete ALL the required customs forms electronically. You will not have to do anything extra.
    3. You will receive tracking information via e-mail that will allow you to track the order to your door. When your order arrives in the destination country you will have to pay your country specific VAT. The process is quick and your order will be delivered to you as soon as your country specific VAT is paid. In most cases the VAT will be roughly equivalent to the UK VAT that we automatically deduct from your order. UK VAT is 20% and most EU countries are between 20% and 23%. If you are unsure of the VAT rate in your country. You can find that here.
    4. Please note there is no option to pay VAT up front. You will have to pay the VAT & any duties directly to the courier delivering your order.

EU Import duties

All the items in our shop are made in the UK or EU that means, according to the trade agreement you will pay no import duty. Please note though that we have no control over local country specific VAT or import duties. If you have any questions about the above please do contact us.

 

Rest of the world shipping 

We are currently shipping globally and similar things to apply for the rest of the world like in our shipping policy for the EU above. Import duties will most likely occur outside the EU though. Please note that we have no control over local country specific VAT or import duties. If you have any questions please do contact us.

 

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day returns policy. Some items such as underwear or toys may be excluded due to hygienic reasons. All return items must be unopened, unused or unworn and have their packaging, seals or tags intact. More details on exclusions and conditions below. Please pack returns safely and use a trackable and insured returns method.

 

Timings

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

We cannot accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 days period. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Condition / Hygiene

Some of our items are excluded for returning, this is there to keep you all safe.

Of course, it's cool to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it, play in it or take it to the next club. We would always recommend to try on bottoms over your underwear. Tops are fine to try without a bra.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

  

Exclusions

Here are some of the obvious items we cannot accept back:

  • Toys
  • Underwear
  • Latex that has been already polished
  • Any form of liquids such as lube
  • Made to order / customised items

In any doubt, please get in touch with us before sending items off.

 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they're packed safely and can't get damaged on the way.

We advise to use a trackable and fully insured returns method as we cannot compensate for items being lost in transit. Always keep a proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

 

Returns from outside the EU / UK

For the sake of customs declaration, please indicate that the items are returned merchandise and contact us before returning.
